Spring Education Classes

Grades K-2: Willy Wonka Kids

Mondays and Wednesdays 4:30 pm - 5:30 pm
This early education class is designed for all young students with an interest in exploring theatre. Students will learn basic acting, dance, and vocal techniques while working to put on a production of the musical Willy Wonka Kids. Students will learn about the audition process and have the opportunity to audition for a role in the show. All students will learn the importance of working collectively as a group to create a successful and fun theatrical experience.

  • Classes run from April 3 - May 22
  • Tech week runs from May 28-31 from 4:00 pm to 6:00 pm
  • Showcases performed June 1 & 2
  • Cost: $350 + $20 Registration Fee (Members Will See Their 10% Discount Reflected On The Checkout Page)

Tuesdays and Thursdays 6:15 pm-7:45 pm
This education class is designed for all young students with an interest in exploring theatre. Students will learn advanced acting, dance, and vocal techniques while working to put on a production of The SpongeBob Musical. Students will learn about the audition process and have the opportunity to audition for a role in the show. All students will learn the importance of working collectively as a group to create a successful and fun theatrical experience.

High School (Grades 9 -12) Class: Eurydice by Sarah Ruhl

Entry By Audition
Classes will be held Saturday and Sunday mornings with showcases June 14, 15 & 16.

In Eurydice, Sarah Ruhl re-imagines the classic myth of Orpheus through the eyes of its heroine. Dying too young on her wedding day, Eurydice must journey to the underworld, where she reunites with her father and struggles to remember her lost love. With contemporary characters, ingenious plot twists, and breathtaking visual effects, the play is a fresh look at a timeless love story.

Auditions:
Saturday, 3/23 @ 10am
Please prepare a dramatic monologue 1-2 minutes in length. You may be asked to read sides.
