To redeem your Loyalty Pass simply email info@smithtownpac.org and ask about availability for the event, date and time of your choice. A representative will provide you with the best available seat(s) for the performance of your choice. You do not need to redeem all tickets at one time – you can choose your desired performance(s) at your discretion. Loyalty Pass holders can also exchange their performance choice at no extra charge by emailing info@smithtownpac.org. Loyalty Passes are non-refundable and do not expire.
A Supporter’s Pass entitles the holder to 10 tickets to use at your discretion to the majority of events held here at Smithtown Center for the Performing Arts. One person can attend 10 individual events, 2 people can attend 5 individual events, 10 people can attend one event, or any combination thereof. To redeem your Supporters Pass simply email info@smithtownpac.org and ask about availability for the event, date and time of your choice. A representative will provide you with the best available seat(s) for the performance of your choice. You do not need to redeem all 10 tickets at one time – you can choose your desired performance(s) at your discretion.
